iStore | Training Administrator

Job Description
The iStore Training Administrator plays a pivotal role in providing the necessary support to our iStore Training team. This person will be at the centre of all training processes and procedures and will be responsible for ensuring that our training programs for our current and incoming employees are engaging and run smoothly. We are looking for a vibrant, self-starter; someone who has great administrative abilities and has the skills to keep track of multiple projects and processes. This person needs to have strong communication skills to co-ordinate with multiple departments and make sure that things are operating efficiently.
Key Performance Areas
Training Preparation:
- Collaborate with HR to ensure all supplies for new employees have been received and couriered to destinations within the time for Day 1 of training.
- Co-ordinating with the marketing department for necessary merchandise and training material.
- Training venues are booked and prepped.
- Organisation of catering.
- All training devices have been organized, charged and up to date.
- Ensuring the participants have e-mail addresses, Cliq access and LMS access.
Training Sessions:
- All attendees are welcomed and understand logistics for the day.
- Taking daily attendance. All attendance and late coming to be reported on to HR.
- Facilitate communication between iStore and new employee.
- Ensuring the interaction and participation of employees are observed and reported on, with final report sent to Store Management.
- All administrative queries are answered and handled, collaborate with necessary departments.
Reports and Feedback:
- All attendance is reported on in time and corrective action is issued/actioned.
- Post training summary sent per attendee to Store management.
- Progress reports are studies and discussed per attendee where required , during training as well as after.
- Collect all training feedback surveys.
Asset Register:
- All training stock is counted, checked and updated. Reducing and mitigating risk.
Requirements
- South African ID
- Matric
- Completed Tertiary qualification
- 2+ years in dealing with administration in a complex, fast moving environment.
